To Do or Not To Do?

Why do we focus on the “to do” list instead of the “not to do” list?  Everything that I choose not to do gives me more time and energy for the things that are important.

What can you put on your “not to do” list today?

We might end up getting more done.

Happy writing!

  1. My NOT to do includes: checking Facebook too much and browsing the internet when I should be doing more productive things (like now lol). I think we should make a point to prevent ourselves from distraction and our “not to do” list, but we should keep the focus on our goals for the day.

  2. Oh, I’m Liking this idea, Sisters!! A what not to do list sounds like it will have great health benefits for me–less fretting in the offing!! God bless you Big–love, Caddo
